The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales team in Turkey. sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share.

Responsibilities

• Recurit local sales representaives and form up sales team in Turkey
• Manage and coach sales team
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Prepare sales forecasting reports and sales pipeline
• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans in pharmaceutical sector
• Achieve annual sales target

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical primary packaging sales, or API sales or Pharmaceutical filling machine sales.
• Has wide connections in pharmaceutical industry

Requirement

• Work 5 days per week(Monday-Friday).
• Age: Under 40
• Language skill: Speak and write fluent English, Speak fluent Arabic preferred.
• Lives in Istanbul, has a car is preferred.
