In the year 2024, we are proud to introduce you to Famacy Glass.
 

Famacy Glass, one of the biggest manufacturers of high-quality pharmaceutical glass products in China. We produce glass vials, ampoules, cartridges, pre-filled syringe, RTU vials and glass tubing.

Founded in 1988, Famacy Glass has 4 plants in Changzhou, Chengdu, Ya’an and Weiyuan with a total area of over 50,000 square meters. More than 1200 employees, including 55 technicians and engineers are working in these plants.

At the same time, in order to better serve our customers, we have built many oversea warehouses to ensure timely delivery and return of goods. This is our warehouse in Istanbul.

As for glass products production, our production lines are all imported from Europe and are highly automated vertical lines, ensuring that every product meets strict size and standards.

 By taking control of 5 glass furnaces and over 250 production lines, Famacy Glass has an annual production capacity:

• 2 billion glass vials
• 3.5 billion ampoules
• 50 million cartridges
• 40,000 tons of pharmaceutical glass tubing

We also have large amounts of glass tubing in stock. And in order to satisfy customers’ different needs, we also import glass tubing from Schott.
 

 Famacy Glass products are produced according to ISO 9001:2015. Famacy glass products comply with the international norms such as USP, EP. 

Rigorous In-Process-Control (IPC) and self-inspection to ensure compliance with specified vial dimensions. We use both manual inspection and cameras for comprehensive and automatic inspection to ensure product quality.

Famacy Glass is an internationally operating organization that serves customers from all over the world and our products are currently widely used as packaging for pharmaceuticals, ophthalmology, vaccines, bio-engineering, hydro-acupuncture products, and lyophilization and powder injection solutions.

Over the past 30 years, our products have been exported to over 10 countries and we have established stable cooperative relationships with over 100 pharmaceutical companies both domestically and internationally, and we will continue to expand our cooperation globally.
